Support Worker (Full Time)
Progression to Permanent Role
For the full time role, all Support Workers start on a zero-hours contract. After a 6-week assessment period, performance is reviewed based on attendance, quality of care, teamwork, and adherence to our values. Successful candidates will be offered a full-time permanent contract, subject to service needs.
