Whether your feedback is about care and support, staff conduct, or housing issues (such as anti-social behaviour), we welcome it and commit to treating all communication seriously and respectfully.
We aim to ensure every concern is resolved fairly and every compliment is recognised and appreciated.

We aim to fully resolve issues within 28 working days.

Compliments are passed on to the relevant staff or team and logged as part of service improvement

All complaints are handled confidentially, fairly, and without discrimination.
Positive experiences matter too. If a staff member has gone the extra mile or a service made a difference, please let us know so we can celebrate them.
